Cyber Sanctuary · v1.0 · TRANSMISSION LIVE REF :: CS / SITE / 2026-ALPHA

Privacy, /engineered for the post-surveillance era.

Cyber Sanctuary is a next-generation VPN built on WireGuard, AES-256-GCM, and zero persistent storage. A sealed tunnel through 94 nodes — engineered for people who prefer their traffic to remain their own.

Cryptography — plain-stated.

No marketing names for the ciphers. No euphemisms for the key length. Here is exactly what your traffic is wrapped in.

01 Cipher AES-256-GCM 256-bit symmetric
02 Handshake Curve25519 · X25519 ECDH, PFS
03 Hash BLAKE2s keyed, authenticated
04 Protocols WireGuard · XRay · OpenVPN auto-fallback
05 Tunnel MTU 1420 adaptive PMTUD
06 Key rotation 180 s ephemeral
07 DNS DoH · DoT in-tunnel resolver
08 Leak protection KillSwitch · IPv6 · DNS kernel-enforced
* Client binaries are reproducible. Audit digests published at /transparency.

Six decisions behind the tunnel.

Most VPNs are the same binary with a new logo. These are the choices that make Cyber Sanctuary different.

  1. /01

    Zero knowledge, by architecture

We cannot surrender what we never record. Session metadata is held in RAM, erased on disconnect, and never written to persistent storage.

    ◎ SEAL 01/06
  2. /02

    Quantum-ready key exchange

Curve25519 today, ML-KEM (Kyber-768) hybrid tomorrow. The handshake negotiates the strongest pair both peers support, with forward secrecy on every rotation.

    ◎ SEAL 02/06
  3. /03

    Tunnels that refuse to leak

A kernel-level KillSwitch binds every application socket to the virtual interface. If the tunnel falters, packets fall on the floor. Not the open internet.

    ◎ SEAL 03/06
  4. /04

    Deep-packet-inspection immunity

XRay + Reality obfuscation disguise traffic as ordinary TLS 1.3 handshakes to the closest CDN. Most DPI filters can not tell the difference.

    ◎ SEAL 04/06
  5. /05

    94 nodes, one roaming identity

Tokyo → Frankfurt → Los Angeles in three taps. MultiHop chains two sovereignties so no single node sees both ends of a session.

    ◎ SEAL 05/06
  6. /06

    Audited, reproducible, open

Reproducible client builds are hashed and signed. Server binaries are audited quarterly. Transparency reports published every 90 days.

    ◎ SEAL 06/06

Ninety-four nodes,
one identity.

Every node is bare-metal. Operating system loaded from read-only image. No disk persistence, no syslog, no sidecar telemetry. Sessions roam between regions without tearing down the tunnel.
